The idea is really simple, you make us your best offer and if we can do it, we do it! It's that simple.
To make us a best offer send us an email (or use our contacts page) and put "BEST OFFER" in the subject line. In the body of the email you MUST include the following information...
- Your name
- Your email
- Your location
- The full URL* of the bike on our website your making the offer on
- Your Best Offer
- Your payment method (card, cash in store, finance etc)
- Any additional message
* To get the full URL of the bike on our website simple go to the page with the bike listing on it and copy the full web page address as seen in the browser address bar.
Once you've sent us this email we will respond within 24hrs with either a voucher code to enable you to purchase the bike at the offer price, or a counter offer. The voucher code we send you will only work for 24hrs and WILL NOT be re-issued again after it expires. It can not be used more than once and is not transferable.
We strongly recommend you use our Best Offer feature ONLY when you are 100% sure you can and will buy the bike if your offer is acceptable as you will get only one chance to buy the bike if we accept.
