Sometimes, something that you buy online turns out to be not quite what you expected. In the case of bikes maybe it's the wrong size, the wrong colour or you have simply changed your mind.
At Real Cycles we want you to be happy with your purchase and with us your bike shop, so to help you shop with us in complete confidence we offer a no questions asked 9 day returns policy.
No matter what the reason, you can send back your purchase for a complete refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
All items returned MUST be in showroom condition, unused, in the original packaging with all the original documentation and parts. Most items are accepted back: Complete bikes, frames, parts, accessories even clothing and helmets. All we ask is you contact us in writing (letter or email) within two days of receiving your goods to arrange return, and that the item is then received back with us within another seven days. Any item received outside of this time frame will not be accepted for return.
Failure to contact us in writing (letter or email) within two days of receipt of goods will deem any item non-returnable. Once you contact us we will reply with a returns number and address. Under no circumstances should any item be returned without a returns number.
Before we issue any refunds we thoroughly check and test every returned item. Any sign of use or missing items, packaging, documents or part will result in no refund being offered. In these circumstances the customer will need to pay to have the items sent back to them.
Please ensure the item your returning is well packaged as we will not be held responsible for any damaged sustained during it's return journey. For this reason we strongly suggest you use a reputable insured courier.
We can arrange for the return shipping of bikes sent to Irish or NI addresses for a feww of £39.99. We can not arrange such collections for GB deliveries.
Refunds will only be made by the same means used to purchase the item. If a card purchase then we will only refund to the same card. No exceptions. Refunds normally take 7-10 days to process after the item is received but can take up to 28 days in some circumstances.
To arrange return and refund on any item, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at our address marking your letter for the attention of "Returns".
Failure to inform us in two days will mean no refund is offered! Items not received back within a further seven days will not be accepted for refund.
