At Real Cycles we believe in keeping
delivery costs to a minimum, to achieve this we use a selection of
carriers to ensure you get the best possible deal.
For our UK & Irish customers we use the Post Office and An Post for
small to midium sized items and Business Post for large to extra large
boxes, including bikes. Typically most items are next day, excluding
items that require assembly before dispatch.
For our international customers we use the local postal service for
small items and Business Post "Euro Road" for large items, including
bikes. Typically most items take five working days, excluding items
that require assembly before dispatch.
In most cases your items are trackable online and in all cases they're
insured. Giving you 100% piece of mind 100% of the time.
Please Note: Except for
small low value items most deliveries will need to be signed
for. If this is not convenient please re-consider purchasing mail
order. |

Large
Letter : UK Only 1p
The Uk Post Office has a new letter size known as "Large
Letter", this is an item that will fit into a standard envelope and is
no more than 25mm thick. Small items such as mech hangers,
bearings, seal kits and some small tools can be sent using this
service. The item can be popped through the letter box. These items are
not trackable.

Delivery Times (UK only)
Delivery times for all our items varies from next day, to
a couple of weeks. The time your item takes to arrive will depend on
things like the size, if it's in stock or not, where it needs to be
delivered and the method of delivery.
A brief overview is outlined below, these are real world times, not
marketing hype.
Small Items
Typically small items, like mech hangers, bears, bolts
etc. are sent next day via the Post office. This means you should have
them within 2-3 days of order, max. If we're out of stock we'll email
you with an estimate date.
Packets & Parcels
We ship items this size both with the Post Office and our
carrier, depending on the weight and value. So typically delivery times
are 3-4 days. If we're out of stock we'll email you with an estimate
date.
Large items (Not bikes)
Most large items are sent out with a carrier not the post
office, and our carrier collects at about mid day, so the soonest an
order placed after this time will leave us is the next day. Typically
then it's another 2-3 days for delivery. If we're out of stock we'll
email you with an estimate date.
Bikes
All our bikes are fully built and checked over before
being shipped, this takes time, to do correctly, plus due to the size
bikes can take a bit longer to arrive, so typically we say to expect
5-7 days.
Please note: Due to
space many sale bikes are not held in store but in a seperate
warehouse, this can add upto 3 days to the delivery times on sale bikes.
In all cases we ask customers with special requirements
regards delivery to contact us prior to placing an order.
