Unless otherwise stated all warranty work for any item purchased from Real Cycles will be undertaken in store. In most cases you will be required to return the item to us for initialy inspect, we will then either fix the item instore, forward to the manufacturers agent for further inspection/repair, replace the item or return if the fault is not deemed to be warranty. In ALL cases, before you return any item you must contact us in writing or on the following email address: warranty@realcycles.com . We will reply immediately with a returns number and further instrucions. Any item sent to us
without a returns number and without a returns form will not be handled
in anyway.
When sending items to us Real Cycles for inspection will not be held responsible for any initial postage costs, we will also not cover any costs for returning items that are not deemed to be a warranty issue. In the event the problem your experiencing is a warranty issue we will cover ALL postage costs between ours and the manufactuer, and the return costs to the customer. Failure to inform us in seven days will
mean no refund is offered!

Your warranty covers
defects in material and workmanship, not mis-use, bad landings, poor
maintenance and so on.
Before you do anything, send us photos of the faulty item. Following this chances are we're going to need the part back, see below for returns procedure. (IMPORTANT: Do not just send items back, wait until we ask for them) Independent item (Item not attached to a bike or part of a larger item) Please return to us, ideally in the original box, with a copy of your proof of purchase to the address at the bottom. We are not liable for return postage costs. ALWAYS send a returns form, and always get a returns number. Dependent item (Items attached to a bike or part of a larger item) Where possible return to us ONLY the item that is faulty with a copy of your proof of purchase. If your unable to remove the item you will need to send everything back or use a third party to dis-mantle the faulty part. If you employ the services of a third party to remove the item we will not be held liable for any costs incurred. As per our terms & conditions we are not liable for return postage costs. Please ensure you use a reputable carrier with a "signed for" service for returning items and that the package is insured. Ensure the item is extremely well packaged and protected, we are not liable for any damage in transit or lost items. Bikes/frames In most cases we normally only need the frame, with a copy of your proof of purchase. If a full suspension frame we normally only need the end that is faulty (rear end or front end). If your unable to dis-assemble the frame/bike you will need to send everything back or use a third party to dis-mantle it for you. If you employ the services of a third party to do this we will not be held liable for any costs incurred. As per our terms & conditions we are not liable for return postage costs.
