Making your Payment

We accept credit & debit cards over the phone, this is the fastest and safest method of payment. Alternatively we accept personal cheques through the post. Please call us to confirm availability before sending in cheques and allow an additional 7-10 days for cheque clearance.

Shipping and Handling

Generally most bikes over £150 will be sent FOC to any address in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland. Some bike ranges and special offers may incur a delivery charge, if this is the case you will be informed before the final order is processed.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. Credit Card Security: Because of the threat to the security of your payment details, we will not request your credit card details via the order form. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your payment details, thus ensuring that at no point are your details stored in any transmission across the internet.

Returns

If for any reason an item needs returning to us please call the shop first to obtain a returns number. Please don't just return to the item without first talking to us. All returns, regardless of reason, shall be at the customers expense. Real Cycles shall in no way be held responsible for any return postage costs. When returned for a refund a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover our credit card and initial charges.

Real Cycles is not a big faceless mail order outfit, we are a real cycles shop which values every customer we have, personal callers & mail order alike. Most of the time the items in our products section are in stock, but sometimes we run out of stuff, if this happens please don't shout at us, often it's not our fault. If we are out of something you want we will always tell you and tell you when it's expected back in. Delivery times can vary from 1-5 days, depending on the product you want, the mood the carriers are in & how busy we are. We'd love to guarantee next day delivery but in the real world that can't be done, what we can guarantee is that we will get your goods to you as soon as is humanly possible, and that's a promise!
